This book's research and conception took place during an artist residency at Cite des Arts. Staring at the sun is a compilation of personal images from the artist's life while living in Paris and travelling through Europe, seeking the carefree openness in artistic expression through classical operas, theatre and museums. The artist questions the nature of the universe and our future, while giving space for a deeper appreciation of the environment in which we live.
