WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
All orders are dispatched from Singapore. If your order fits in a standard mailbox, we send it by SingPost. Otherwise, we provide door-to-door courier service for local orders. Orders are processed, packed and sent out within 1 - 3 working days.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
Local orders above S$75.00 qualify for free delivery!
For orders below S$75.00, delivery is chargeable at S$3.00 per order.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not at the moment, but we’re currently working on it!
I ENTERED A WRONG/INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS! CAN I FIX IT?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the same day of placing your order with your order number and the correct address and we will do our best to fix it for you! A wrong/insufficient address may result in a failed delivery and we may need to collect an additional delivery charge of S$3.50 to resend your order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
It's okay to change your mind! We can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t already shipped. If you would like to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and include your order number in the subject line. However, we are not able to cancel your order once it's been shipped.
CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/exchanges. If you have an issue with your order (i.e. you received a defective item), please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the subject line.
HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE TO PROCESS?
If you successfully cancel your order or received a defective item, we will issue a refund. It usually takes 5 – 10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your account. We can only issue a refund to the original payment method. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
